The client came to us with a requirement of developing an iOS app for merchants through which they can track the deals they will be offering and every other detail related to them.
Solution
Simi Deals (www.simideals.com) is a website that offers daily deals. The platform extends daily deals on huge assortments of products across diverse categories like Mobiles, Electronics, Fashion accessories, Apparel and Footwear, Automotive, Health, Home and Kitchen, Sports & Books coming from regional brands. The website is connected with an iOS based application meant for the merchants to track their businesses details.On the designing front, starting from the splash screen, icon and the inside pages were designed by our expert app designers; keeping them in sync with the theme, look and feel of the website.
- We have integrated the “Zbar scanner” in the app, enabling the merchants to scan the deal coupons. The scanner facilitates manual scanning as well.
- Added the functionality to help the merchants in generating reports (PDF format).
- A search panel made available on the app allowing the merchants to search for any particular deal or coupon using its reference number.
- A number of tabs including Redeem certificate tab, Report tab, Order history tab, Settings tab etc. were devised in order to make it an overall solution.
The website and the mobile application are both in perfect sync with each other and has empowered the registered merchants and end users to seamlessly offer & avail various deals.
